The Brief
Due to restructure following acquisition of a number of companies, several sites around the UK required outplacement support.
Due to the operational difficulties of certain departments requiring staff to be available for operational duties for part or most of the day, VT Methven had to provide a flexible approach to accommodate this.
The Approach
VT Methven provided a condensed format of their normal programme to enable staff to attend a compressed day of group workshops – to facilitate departments in maintaining operational effectiveness – as some departments were more able than others to allow staff to attend workshops.
Programme material and the scope of the programme was adjusted by VT Methven to ensure appropriate coverage of the key elements of CV preparation, approaching the Job Market and Interview topics within the tight time scales available.
